It was a fine, warm day, so we decided to go for a walk. We have not had the car for a while, so have felt a little house bound. We decided to walk to a nearby grocery store that we had not been to before. It was a good half hour walk. The sun was warm, but the breeze still had a bit of a nip to it. We did not need jumpers, but I needed long pants. Llew really needed long pants too, but he braved it in shorts.
This is out the front of our apartment looking left up the road. The white dots are not snow, but tiny white flowers.
Take a few steps up the road and look back and there is our patio with our lovely new BBQ. It is the big black lump on the bottom patio just to the right of the centre of the photo.
Walk a bit more in the same direction and look back. This is the entrance to Salem Courthouse Apartments. At the far left there is a car parked on the road. We are about there.
We got to the store and it was bigger than the one we had been going to, but smaller than Walmart. About a third of the walk to Walmart is through the carpark!
Payless is where we walked to.
